Ryan Hand is running the London Marathon and what better way to raise money for Marie Curie than hosting a stand-up show alongside the crème of Northern Irish comedy talent.
Holywood funnyman Shane Todd, star of BBC Radio Ulster’s suitably titled The Shane Todd Show, and West Belfast taxi man turned joke teller Paddy McDonnell will join Hand on stage.
Expect energy, audience involvement and even a little dance.
Ryan said: “Shane sells out The Ulster Hall and Paddy is Belfast’s version of Kevin Bridges so having these local comedy legends telling gags on the same bill is amazing”.
The ITV Cannonball presenter, former Loose Women warm-up act and self-proclaimed ‘running joke’ has a lot to get off his chest; turning 30, finishing last on Come Dine With Me and donning a green luminous green mankini during his last marathon.
Proceeds are in aid of Marie Curie, a charity Ryan works closely with in memory of his mum, Pauline, and Auntie Eileen.
