Visiting the MAC  /  Schools  /

Come visit us and enjoy a creative day at the MAC.

We have lots on offer for primary and secondary schools. Throughout the year you can see some great shows and exhibitions at the MAC, relevant to the school curriculum. Step out of the classroom, visit the MAC and bring a lesson alive.

Here are just some ideas for schools…

  • Come and see a show and we’ll have opportunities for your class to meet the writer, director, dancers, musicians and actors in post-show chats and ask them the questions you’ve always wanted answered.
  • Take part in theatre, dance and music workshops with the companies performing in the MAC’s theatres.
  • Visit our galleries and take a gallery tour led by one of our specially trained MACtivists.
  • Get hands-on in our creative workshops or talk to us to create your own bespoke workshop.
