Catherine Lampert will discuss the significance of Peter Doig’s early works.
Lampert is an independent curator and art historian. She was Senior Curator at the Hayward Gallery, a member of the Arts Council and then Director of the Whitechapel Gallery in London from 1998 – 2001. In recent years she has curated exhibitions of the work of Frank Auerbach; Auguste Rodin and Lucien Freud.
