We are delighted to announce that the popular Primary school competition Masterpiece for the MAC is back.

Details

Once again we are inviting young artists from primary schools across Northern Ireland to pick up their pencils and paint brushes and send us their amazing artworks. This year's theme is based on our exciting David Hockney exhibition.

Using works of art from our exhibition David Hockney: I draw, I do we hope to inspire Northern Ireland’s next generation of artists to create ‘A Masterpiece for The MAC’.There are beautiful prizes to be won and the twelve winning masterpieces will be on display in an exhibition in the MAC in January 2017.  The closing date for all entries is 4pm, Fri 21 Oct 2016.
