Build a cardboard sculpture of your own!
In this workshop, you'll be inspired by our current exhibiting artist Korakrit Arunanondchai who makes sculptures and then takes them apart to create something completely new.
You'll see sculptures that have already been made and then get to break them apart to make your own unique design!
Kids will explore and interact with art in a hands-on way, observing, creating, and reimagining their surroundings. We'll use materials such as cardboard, mirrors, torches, and textiles.
The group will learn to examine how structures fit together, explore spatial relationships, and perceive how art interacts with its environment.
Info for parents/guardians: There's no need to stay for this workshop. Why not grab a coffee or bite to eat at our CaféBar or visit our galleries?
