Upcycle your empty plastic bottles and create colourful self-watering planters for your windowsill.
Inspired by our exhibiting artist Korakrit Arunanondchai’s work about climate change and connecting with the environment, by the end of this workshop you will have made your very own plant pot by recycling plastic. We'll then fill them with soil and sow some seeds for you to take home and watch your plant grow.
This is a double whammy of protecting the planet- you'll be reducing waste by reusing plastic and growing more plants!
Plus, you'll have lots of fun decorating your planter so it's 100% unique.
Please Note: Plastic bottles will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you’d like.
Age guidance: 7-11yrs
Info for parents/guardians: There's no need to stay for this workshop. Why not grab a coffee or bite to eat at our CaféBar or visit our galleries?
