The MAC is delighted to collaborate with Place to Wonder who create storytelling experiences to support children lower anxiety and increase wellbeing.
Join us for ‘Dream a Little Dream’, an immersive storytelling experience designed to help parent and child co-regulate through the magic of storytelling. This workshop follows the journey of Luna, a child who is stuck in her bad dream, children help Luna wake up through creative self-regulation techniques, such as putting worries on worry webs and breathing in dream flowers.
Through exploring Luna’s journey, children can safely make sense of their own worries by seeing how Luna overcomes her own.
