Explore floral flavours, scents and colours in botanical infusions and learn how to dry and press edible flowers. You can then use your knowledge to decorate biscuits with floral-flavoured icing and delicate pressed edible flowers. Eat some of your beautiful biscuits and take the rest home to share with your family and friends!
