A Younger Theatre

‘What a blood-curdling shriek of a hit it is!’

The Skinny

‘Madeline Gould's script is unflinching… Hannah McClean's bright-eyed portrayal is chilling, charming and terrifyingly believable. What is most thrilling about Ladykiller… is how the chambermaid looks and sounds just like us. She could easily be our neighbour, co-worker or friend.’

Three Weeks

‘An eerily convincing portrait of an unhinged mind. ‘Ladykiller’ defies expectations by raising issues such as social class and the inherent sexism in the study of serial killers (all discussed through a comedic lens)’

To Do List

‘A bloody brilliant hymn to the dark side of a zero hours worker’

The Stage

‘Be nice to people who work in customer service” is just one of the messages in Ladykiller, a very funny and refreshingly offbeat comedy from The Thelmas.’

The Scotsman

‘Hannah McClean is superb as the maid… Her disarming smile is Cheshire Cattish, sometimes shark-like – enough to make you think twice next time you leave your hotel room in a state.’

The List

‘pokes at the optimism of feminist beliefs in equality and the innate compassion of women in a bracing monologue of fierce intensity.’

How Our Prices Work

How Our Prices Work

Better seats. Better prices. Better get your skates on.

We set our ticket prices in a similar way to airlines - the earlier you book, the cheaper the seat. Our Upstairs Theatre tickets start low at £12.50 and rise over time to a maximum of £18 the nearer it gets to a performance.

Our ticket price promise: the earlier you book, the more you save

Unlike most price promises, we guarantee that ours will never be cheaper than they are today.  The closer it gets to the performance date, the higher they become.

Seats in the Upstairs theatre are unallocated so simply choose your seat on the night.

Booking Tips

  • Log into your MAC Account to ensure you get the best available discount.
  • Contact the MAC Box Office on 02890 235053 if you need any help or have any questions.
  • A maximum discount of £100 will apply to each customer account per calendar year.
  • The system will apply the offer fairly across your basket. This means the offer works best when you have the same number of tickets per show in the basket. For example, if you book 2 shows total, with 2 tickets for 1 show and 4 tickets for another, the discount will apply to two tickets for each show only.
