About the Role:
Reporting to the Creative Programmes Manager, the postholder will provide administrative support to the Programming team.
The role requires great interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive when working in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as is a strong attention to detail. The role requires the successful management of competing demands in this busy multi-use arts venue to ensure effective working and timely reporting. Alignment with the MAC’s mission, vision, and values is important to embrace all elements of the MAC’s organisational culture.
