MAC update

In line with the spirit of today’s public health update and associated restrictions announced by the NI Executive, the MAC has decided to close from this Friday 16 October at 4pm for an initial period of four weeks. We're planning to reopen our galleries and cafe on Saturday 14 November 2020, 10am - 4pm, with new exhibitions across all three galleries - Peter Liversidge, In a Rainbow of Coalitions and Frederic Huska. The work is wonderful and we think the exhibitions will lift all our spirits. The MAC will also open on Sunday 15 November, 10am - 4pm and following that we plan to return to Wednesday - Sunday, 10am - 4pm arrangements.

It has been just 6 short weeks since we reopened the doors of the MAC and it has been wonderful to welcome you back. Difficult as it is to close again, we feel this is the right thing to do now.

We all have a part to play in getting NI through the pandemic and in the MAC we want to do all we can to protect public health as well as contributing to the recovery of our communities and the survival of the arts.

We look forward to seeing you in the MAC again as soon as is safely possible.

Take care and thanks again for your ongoing support.
