Meet the Artist

Kirby and Orla are a writing partnership from Belfast. Kirby is a recent First-Class Honours QUB graduate and was nominated for the Evening Standard Future Theatre Fund in association with TikTok in the Directing category. Orla is an actor who trained at the Lir Academy, Dublin from 2017–2018. They have been working together since 2019 and wrote “OCCUPIED.” with support from the Dublin Fringe Festival and Lyric Theatre. They are passionate about creating unapologetically honest work that deals with issues that are neglected in a way that is accessible for everyone through quick and comedic narratives.
