Dr Jane Sedgwick-Müller is a senior lecturer, researcher in adult ADHD and an advanced mental health nurse practitioner. She is also an ADHD psychosocial therapist/coach, executive board member of the UK Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN) and professional advisory committee member of ADDISS: The National Charity for ADHD Information & Support.
Dr James Brown is an academic researcher and science communicator. James was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021. Subsequently, James co-founded and is Chair for the registered UK charity ADHDadultUK, set up the evidence-based online ADHD magazine focusmag.uk and is a co-founder and co-host of The ADHD Adults Podcast.
Gary Gates is a neurodivergent advocate, educator, researcher, and co-founder of Neurodiversity Spark. He was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia later in life, which helped make sense of a lot, and inspired him to build spaces where other people don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Victoria McGrath-Hayes, MA, AThR, is an experienced art psychotherapist with HCPC registered, with over 15 years dedicated to supporting neurodivergent populations, including individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and learning disabilities. She has an extensive background in home care services, followed by three years of clinical experience in the United States, supporting children through Applied Behaviour Analysis therapy (ABA), specialising in emotional regulation and family-centered support.
Currently practicing as an independent practitioner, Victoria is also in the process of establishing a charity Community Creative Therapy, which aims to increase access to creative therapeutic services for underserved populations. With over three years of experience as a qualified art therapist, she works primarily with children and adults experiencing emotional dysregulation, rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD), anxiety, and intrusive thoughts. Her client-centered and integrative approach draws upon psychodynamic, attachment-based, developmental, and trauma-informed frameworks to facilitate creative expression, emotional regulation, and resilience.
