This session explores art and mindfulness through the themes in our current exhibition, I See His Blood Upon The Rose.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the exhibition and discover how artists depict shared empowerment through activism for equal rights, peace, and environmental justice. We’ll use their work as inspiration to express our own feelings through movement, art, and meditation. Together, we’ll create a powerful collaborative art piece that reflects our journey and shared values.
Be sure to wear comfy clothes so you can enjoy this session to the full!
The session will be jointly led by our children’s artist in-residence, Rachel Fitzpatrick, and art physiotherapist Hayley Derbyshire.
