Rebel Roses’ party to raise the roof of the MAC

We're raising the roof on Saturday 29 March 2025 with a one-off party; Rebel Roses - a high-energy night of music, drag, and entertainment. This exclusive event will bring together an impressive line-up of homegrown and international talent, promising an unforgettable experience. Those lucky enough to snap up a ticket will see our building transformed, with Giovanna Design creating an immersive world of cabaret, bold visuals, and a dancefloor ready to be set alight.
Headlining the night is Belfast's own David Holmes, renowned DJ, producer, and film composer known for his contributions to underground culture and mainstream cinema. With over 30 film and TV scores to his name, collaborations with icons such as Noel Gallagher and Sinéad O’Connor, and a history of legendary club nights, Holmes is set to deliver an electrifying debut set at the MAC. David will have the MAC bouncing all night long.

Taking to the stage with David are London talent Looking Glass Alice, the psychedelic duo making waves with their infectious rhythms and vibrant, pop-flecked sound. With a reputation for blending high-energy beats with otherworldly aesthetics, they will bring a fresh, unpredictable edge to the MAC.

Belfast’s renowned drag artists, Sassie and Nina, will also be delivering one their signature performances, guaranteed to captivate and entertain. With their sharp wit, striking visuals, and commanding stage presence, this dynamic duo will bring an electrifying energy to the night’s festivities.

Alongside Venus Dupree, co-founder of female-led collective GIRL, is producing the event, curating an unforgettable night of music and performance. Known for her impeccable taste and boundary-pushing approach to nightlife, she will ensure that Rebel Roses is a spectacle like no other.

The MAC will be transformed into a cabaret lounge and high-energy dancefloor, creating a vibrant and immersive environment for attendees. If that's not enough to get you grooving, other artists are expected to be announced in the run up to this one-off gig.
