We have everything a family would want for a great day out.
Our free to visit family room is open again to drop into whenever you want with art supplies for kids. (Big kids can join in too!)
Situated on the ground floor, it’s open from 9am - 5pm, Wed - Sun. It's a fun, vibrant space where kids can learn about the art in our galleries, create their own art to take home or put up on the gallery wall, or just relax, play, or read a book from our carefully curated selection.

Artist | 2pm - 4pm, last weekend of every month
Check out our brand new Imagination Stations stuffed with art supplies and activity sheets for kids and grown-ups to create art whenever they like.
You'll find our three Imagination Stations throughout the building, no need to ask to use the - just grab your supplies and get creative.
We have activity sheets inspired by our current exhibitions and plenty of art supplies - letting your imagination run wild.
On the last Saturday & Sunday of every month, the stations will be manned by artist Rachel Fitzpatrick. Just turn up and join in.
