The MAC receives funding from Theatres Trust Small Grants Programme
We're delighted to have been granted funding from Theatres Trust Small Grants Programme supported by The Linbury Trust.
This welcome support will fund a new enhanced foyer announcement system which will reach 10 zones within the MAC, catering to the diverse requirements of our audience, including those with hearing impairments and additional needs, ensuring that shows start on time and provide a consistent welcome for all customers.
The system is more energy efficient, contributing to our ongoing sustainability commitment.
This project will be completed across 3 months, ahead of our Christmas season where the system will be highly effective in our communication to thousands of venue visitors.
Theatres Trust's Small Grants Programme, supported by The Linbury Trust, funds small projects that make a big impact to a theatre’s resilience, sustainability, accessibility or improving the diversity of audiences.
